Community Helpers Weeks 1 & 2

This week we will begin our next unit about Community Helpers.

Here are the theme concepts for this unit:

• A community is a group of people with something in common.
• There are people in our community that help us
• Everybody contributes to the welfare of the community
• We are all members of multiple communities
• Some communities have their own traditions

Sensory Table: Being Fire Fighters and spraying the fire with water

Writing Table: making cards and letters

Dramatic Play: Post Office
